To be fair, you have to have a very low IQ to understand *Rick and Morty*. The humor is extremely obvious, and with a solid grasp of comedy, most of the jokes will be easy for the typical viewer to understand. There’s also Rick’s nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterization—his personal philosophy draws heavily from gross-out humor, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the low intellectual esteem to appreciate these jokes, to laugh at them—they say something really dumb. As a consequence, people who dislike *Rick and Morty* truly *are* smartasses—of course, they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the humor in Rick’s iconic catchphrase “Wubba lubba dub dub,” which itself is a silly-sounding line. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated wiseasses screaming in rage as Dan Harmon’s simple lowbrow humor unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools… how I pity them. 😂 And yes, by the way, I *do* have a *Rick and Morty* tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It’s on my dick.
