I would like to think that I have respectable sphincter discipline in moments of trial and tribulation, but I doubt I would maintain that if I ever found myself in a down-range from CWIS situation. I suspect the pressure wave of a 6.2kg cylinder of tungsten moving at 1100m/s would override *any* force generated, even by my disciplined sphincter. Even if the specific impulse of the tungsten cylinder was sufficient to pass cleanly through my tissues, the fact it’s dragging a mach 1.1 shockwave through the hole is going to cause some flash boiling and explosive rupture.
