Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth MRVN The Depressed? I thought not. It’s not a story the Militia would tell you. It’s an IMC legend. Darth MRVN was a Dark Lord of Typhon, so powerful and so wise he could use the Arc Tool to influence the IMC facilities to create life… He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the MRVN is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his Arc Tool, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught Jack Cooper everything he knew, then Jack Cooper stole his Arc Tool right from his hands. Ironic. He could save others from the Militia, but not himself.
