 1 day in Minecraft is 20 minutes in the real world. 1 Minecraft year is 121.75 hours or 5.07 days in the real world. 1 real year is 72 Minecraft years and 1 real day is 72 Minecraft days or 2.4 Minecraft months.

 10 real years= 72+72+72+72+72+72+72+72+72+72= 720 Minecraft years

 4 real days= 288 Minecraft days

 720 Minecraft years + 288 minecraft days = 720 Minecraft years, and 288 minecraft days

 This makes Minecraft Steve, the one and only, almost 721 years old, therefore making him a literal god.
