Well I finally finished up my show proposal for NBC, so here it is. With the growing interest in weed for the past few years, there still hasn’t come a modern show to include those from this expanding population. Ladies and gentlemen I give to you “Seinfeld 2”, a reimagining of the classic 90’s sitcom. All the characters are the same except they are now living in the year 2020, a place now were society no longer looks down on your common stoner. Because of this, nearly everyone has become a stoner, including our four protagonists. The comedy will be very similar to the first one with a dash of darker humor to better fit our current tastes. (“You know Jerry, I just don’t understand how anyone can use a knife when they’re stoned off their asses. It frightens me my guy. I can barely even take a straight piss after only just looking at a joint! How can I be expected to properly handle a weapon when I can’t even do that, Jerry!” “You know George, I think you would be able to concentrate enough to use a knife if you weren’t always considering your mortality when you’re blazed dude!”) The jokes practically write themselves. So, who’s ready to revolutionize television?
