I LOVE shapeshifting, I always hear other people complain about how painful or uncomfortable it is, but that’s part of the charm for me. The feeling of your bones turning back into nutrients, the disassembling of your nerves. It’s like having your entire body being tickled all at once. I don’t like the cleanup of leftover waste so I recommend a “deep clean” beforehand and covering the area with newpaper. If you need to get it done fast, I keep extra large garbage bags ready, just hop in and hop out. Honestly maybe I’m just different but I look forward to the wave of pain when you rebuild your nerves, because even if that one moment feels like giving birth x10 the absolute calm afterwards is so therapeutic. So personally I don’t like to use pain dampners, which ends up saving me a lot of money. For anyone interested in shapeshifting, I really recommend doing research yourself because it is dangerous, but the reward of seeing your new body in the mirror is better than any drug or any sex. I will say though, DO NOT RESHAPE YOUR BRAIN!!!! I’ve heard of people that wanted to try shifting to cats and tried to reshape their neural pathways, but doing so caused their neurons to stop sending signals to the right places and they were braindead before their bones hardened. so again DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!! Cause nobody wants their friends to die mid-shift.
