Everyone makes mistakes. Own up to yours.
Honest mistakes that don't violate policies and are not repetitive will not be punished in ANY way.
All mistakes/accidental damage should be:
- Immediately reported to your leader (not a team member).
- Documented if necessary (checklists, work order notes, email, etc.).
NOT REPORTING DAMAGE - WHETHER ACCIDENTAL OR OTHERWISE - MAY BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION
