Sure, the strategic regrouping from Kherson was a hard decision, but it was necessary to secure the win for Russia. Now it is inevitable. Russia is building its forces from mobilization. A further 200-300k will soon arrive in Ukraine, and Ukraine is already having a hard time to hold the front lines in the east.

This is only the first step, russia will mobilize more and it WILL win. Ukraine and Nato is coping hard, huffing more hopium as the hour passes but the undeniable reality is that Russia has 4x more manpower, one of the largest weapons manufactories, solid support from china and the unbreable will to win. Ukraine only has bodies to throw at the problem in sheer fanatism at the moment, but this will change as more and more of Ukrainian males die out until they cease to exist as a country.

Its over for ukraine, if they recognize this reality now and go the negotiating, they can at least save their population and a majority of their (non-occupied) land. Of course they will need to make some hard concessions, like handing over the complete donbass and Kherson, but its better than to cease existing.
