I don’t like super cheesy pizzas, it gets in the way of making the whole pizza has distinct flavors. And why should you have so much cheese? It makes the pizzas so chewy, it’s frankly hard to get in the mood to grab another slice because you’ll have to make the trek again. This is why I only order from authentic Italian pizzas, as they put just the right amount of mozzarella cheese that it gives the pizzas the cheese it needs, but doesn’t drown it in it. Pizza making is a special craft as you need to harmonize each pizza in the most delicious way you SHOULD make it. Too much garlic? You ruin the pizza. Too much tomato? You ruin the pizza. It is a special game for this art, but ever since I’ve eaten whole pizzas by myself, crust and all, I have become the pizza wizard of all of Earth. When we eventually meet the aliens, i will have a hologram greet them for my sheer knowledge on pizza. This concludes my rant on how too much cheese ruins a pizza
