Not naive. Butrather, innocent.

And by innocent I mean I don’t like corruption in society.

Nothing here about sports

Sports in general are ridiculous. It’s a system of rules enforced on people so people look to people in uniforms to get told the rules, when a critical thinker scientifically oriented sophisticated intelligent person will look at the logic and PHYSICS of how to achieve an objective.

It gets people to commit to hard labor out of obedience to rules that don;t make sense and are there to promote cohesion.

And worse, these people, who have been rewarded for obedience above critical thinking, and hard labor to feel simple group cohesion, go on to sacrifice their own productivity (sports complexes cause traffic congestion and tax dollars) to worship people 10,000X weather than them.

It’s disgustingly dystopian.

I’m fine with a dystopia that forces intelligence for survival. But sports are basically printing zombies!

Any REAL authentic intellectual look into sports shows how vain and worthless the whole thing is.

It’s something to partake in ONLY if the society in question has trouble with an already dull population.

You can make sports illegal and end up with a nation with more average years of perfect health per citizen average, more average citizen lifepsan, more Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics degrees awarded per year, more average technologically enabled productivity per year, more square footage per home per citizen median.

You CANNOT have that by making critical thinking illegal.

So it shows how valuable “sports” are.
