Minecraft OSHA regulations 46.1 for TNT.
Manufacturing
• Raw Components are safe for handling but not ingesting. Keep away from Zombies.
• Hazard for materials collection. Gun Powder is a byproduct of Creepers. Proper PPE must be worn at all times, including eye protection. Sand is generally safe but avoid excessive inhalation.
• OSHA approved crafting tables are required for safe manufacturing. Do not use log, furnaces, or anvils.
• TNT is constructed using four(4) units of sand and five(5) units of gun Powder.
Storage

• Completed TNT should be stored in a Chest, End Chest, or Shulker Box when not in use.
• TNT should NOT be stored in the open.
• TNT should NOT be stored near open flame, lava, red stone, or other possible ignition sources.

• Stacks of TNT cannot exceed 64.

• Investigating results is not approved until 5 seconds after last explosion.
• Do not place TNT in a way in which it might be accidentally ignited. Avoided exposure to Creepers.
• When using in open areas players should build sufficient cover if it is not available no less than 32 blocks from the nearest block of TNT.
• Avoid damaging property, villagers, or other valuables (unless thst is the desired effect).
• Approved ignition devices are Flint and Steel, Switch, Button, or any approved Red Stone Mechanism.
• Players should be at full health and properly fed before using TNT. PPE is vital to your survival incase of accident.
