Last night I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and a Crunchwrap Supreme at my local Taco Bell restaurant. The Crunchwrap Supreme had a small smear of beef in it, but it was mostly tomatoes and lettuce. This is a premium item that costs almost $5 by itself. I told a staff member in the restaurant and when she told the young man in the kitchen who made my food that I said there was no beef in it, he looked at me like he wanted to kill me. I didn’t want to risk getting my food messed with, so I left the restaurant quickly.

I’ve been thinking about this today and I feel like I’ve been ripped off. What are some courses of action I can take to get my money back or resolve this issue?
