Edit 1:

Wow. The responses to this post have been fascinating, so I thought I’d share the trends I’ve noticed thus far.

37 people’s response was just them meme-ing around

28 other people mentioned additional problems regarding creating a username/password/some other personal story about dyslexia

8 people made jokes revolving around misspelling “valid” or “username”

20 people agreed with my shower thought (4 of which basically said they weren’t dyslexic, but just concurred)

13 disagreed (similarly to the above section, I think some of them may have done so on principal rather than experience. But it was harder to tell)

13 of y’all got irrationally angry about it, or somehow took offense

31 talked about how their username (or their special other’s) IS the result of dyslexia (take that, angry people)

2 people wondered if I had debilerately mipselled anything (there you go, guys)

And finally, 22 people commented stuff that I can only categorize as “other.”

(And one nine person people loved this edit–> I love you too, random citizens! And I have no clue how to make this into a graph, sorry)

(Plus 3 people “see what I did there ;)” )

I started building the groups around recurring themes, and each comment was only placed into 1 category, if you’re wondering about my methodology. And I’m trying to keep it fairly up-to-date

Hope you all find this as interesting as I did!

Edit 2: Au, thanks.

Edit 3: One person wanted to be in a group called “Laundry.” Very well, even though it throws off my entire rigorous system.

1 person really socks 😉
