He commanded his scenes with such power and intensity, they were all so fascinating to watch. Even the most mundane scene seemed captivating solely because of Charles Dance unnerving confidence. His glare could be seen across the room and it pierces your soul when it makes contact. His voice eschewed so much wisdom and strength that even when he said things that were cruel, you would somehow reevaluate yourself just because his delivery was so fierce. His stance, so straight that you felt like he truly was the king when he babysat the iron throne and Joffery his puppet. Dance outclassed everyone in the room and here was an uneasy air whenever he became serious. His features turned sharper and his frow more pronounced like he was about to strike but never did because a lion of his stature would not dirty his hands striking a sheep but knows he easily could. Dance was Tywin lannister and I think I might just talked myself into being a little gay for him.
