My name is Tchysewokow Martinson, I’m 37, and I used to work at a metal foundry.

There was some really unethical shit going on there, and here are my experiences.

On my first day working there, 3 employees were sent to a hospital due to having aluminum shavings in their urethra. This happened to at least 1 person per day.

3 people came in asking if they could be melted down into gold. We politely had to decline due to them having more iron than anything, but the supervisor came in and overrode our decision.

We discovered that worms were eating a pile of our scrap metal, so we cooked them and ate them. They were very heat resistant and still alive after an hour in the oven at 2200F, but we ate them anyway.

For every 10 pounds of metal refined, every employee would be given a wendy’s frosty. The inside of the building was below freezing due to all the frosties on one very productive day.

We had to melt down metal and refine it.

Someone broke into the foundry late one night and pushed an overtime employee into a pot of molten steel. The burglar said “Trolled!” and the employee laughed and climbed out.

Every day, the company president has to give everyone an onion of significant size to stop them from drinking molten metal.

That’s just SOME of the stuff. I’m never working at a metal refinery again.
