this is definitely a more modern iteration of the Nvidia GPU series, (you can tell by how the actual GPU lines up with the cooler and the board overall, also the computer fans should spin up whenever the GPU is in the presence of light as the computer attempts to ray trace IRL). I’d hazard a guess at a RTX2060 of some kind, I wouldn’t say any higher simply due to the low rendering performance of the parking lot the car is taken in, (the computer has not had time to fully render out the scene) however with that in mind I do see what appears to be an MSI logo which historically have high ratings and have not suffered from the same issues as other RTX 2060 cards, however have seen lower retail sales in recent years due to the mass adoption of the RTX30-Series GPU’s. These tend to have better performance than their AMD counterparts, however AMD has made some developments in recent years the leave them not far behind – especially in the CPU scene where Nvidia currently has no enthusiast chips available, as they are far more present in the data processing scene of huge datacentres such as the ones owned by google and amazon. all things considered I would rate this GPU highly in terms of cost-effectiveness upon release, though as newer models have released I cannot recommend purchase of an outdated card. When it was released, it was in the ballpark of $800AUD and while we are at the tail end of the Worlds Largest Chip Shortage TM (patent pending btw) it is still $500AUD for an inferior chip. the shortage is a factor when considering pricing, and that it may drop significantly in the coming months as production picks up again. Pricing aside, a budget friendly card that I can safely recommend is the RTX3090TI (water cooled). it will not have the same issues as the measly RTX2060, as it is a flawless compact card that enough power to overwhelm the IRS and hack into their servers, allowing you to commit more fraudulent purchases, as well as overturning any outstanding warrants for your arrest. it is budget friendly, only coming in at a price of $6000AUD plus your wife and first born child. It uses Nvidia’s newer Ampere Architecture which allows it to both function as an incredibly efficient room heater and also has the second function of being able to play some video games. while I do not know exactly, I would gather that the image shown in this post would look at least 10x better on an RTX3090TI than an MSI RTX2060. this is due to the simple fact that the RTX3090TI is better than the 2060 because its number is higher. (simple mathematics really). the RTX309TI allows you to increase the quality of your render while still maintaining the same performance (you are using a 60hz monitor – you cannot display a framerate above 60fps) however, that doesn’t seem to be an issue with this image as it is not moving, and therefore the framerate cannot be increased (Nvidia engineers are crying rn). It is such high quality, I’ll even do you a special deal – I take your entire life’s savings, as well as everyone you have ever known or loved, and everyone you ever will know and love, and you get and RTX3090 (the TI’s are still out of stock lol). seriously, everyone is talking about this graphics card, but somehow SOMEHOW, it still doesn’t drown out the sound of them complaining about how bad your mother was in bed last night
