I exclusively consume whey protein powder. It has become a major portion of my life. Fact: it grows muscle. The average protein intake for an adult male ranges from 50-75 grams a day. With my extensive whey protein diet, I can consume upwards of 500 g of protein PER DAY. I usually take 8 scoops for breakfast, 4 scoops for lunch, and 6 scoops for dinner, with additional servings throughout the day if I’m feeling hungry. Usually, I don’t because I feel so energized just thinking about all the gains I’m making. I don’t bother working out because I know that the excess protein will trigger my muscles to work harder to consume it, thus effectively negating the need for physical muscle strain; quod erat demonstrandum. I often search online and in stores for the best deals on protein powder. Average price ranges from $20-30, but I buy premium powders from wholesale bulk markets for about $70. I have experimented with plenty of flavors; double dark chocolate explosion and french vanilla cream are my go to options. The downside of my diet is that I can’t eat at restaurants peacefully. I went to Chipotle and ordered a burrito bowl. I swiftly discarded the contents of the bowl and filled it with my protein powder, and I was just as swiftly ejected and banned from the restaurant. Do I regret my decisions? No. I will never stop consuming whey protein powder, for whey protein powder has consumed me.
