Based on the conditions of his arrest you could probably infer that the Romanian government doesn’t follow Andrew tates media. The only reason he wasn’t arrested long ago is because they didn’t have proof that he was in Romania, although if the case was as significant as human trafficking they would at least somewhat follow his media to see something about him, using his ip address and his many claims of being in Romania they could probably conclude he lives in Romania, but they didn’t. Therefore they most likely do not follow Andrew tates media. So during his arrest and trial, to the people he will be known as a “mysogonist” or a “dirtbag” but to the government he is just known as a rich person who gives them a LOT of tax money. Now although Andrew claims to not pay taxes in other countries, (such as the uk), he does pay taxes in Romania, this is proved because of how long he has been living there. So either he has so much influential power that he doesn’t have to pay taxes – meaning he will win his trial. Or he doesn’t have enough influential power that he actually pays his taxes – high tax payments are good for the government. He makes all his money online and the government will take some of that income so they are making millions off of Andrew Tate’s pyramid scheme, and it’s quite a modern one so it can’t be called a pyramid scheme because everyone gets what they want, although it’s not a very good course it still somewhat works, but in most cases you won’t get your money. The government is making millions (can be deduced for Andrew’s net worth of 355 million off of him. So it doesn’t matter if it’s the case of him having influential power or just being very rich, either way there is influence from him to sway the court his way. Now although I don’t condone his behaviour, based on the hard facts, Andrew tate will return to media shortly. Multiple times in the past there are times when he says that people will try to arrest him, and even In jail, he would still have many “gang friends” in Romania that could do many things such as smuggling materials in the jail, or even a full on jailbreak. That is the kind of influential power Andrew has. To repeat, I don’t condone his behaviour, but it is inevitable his incarceration will have a very limited effect on Andrew.
