I have been saying this from the beginning. People refuse to listen to what I am saying and just picking and choosing half of my words and twisting the hell out of them.

It’s the standard I have been fighting against for quite awhile honestly.

I will say it again tho. Black live matter, of course. There was never a question about this and I am not someone to marginalise an entire race of people.

People matter. A person usually does not. And we all pick and choose the people we want in our lives, and it’s 90% of the time the people who have the same values and beliefs as you do.

I come into these groups to try and see the point of views of others and and met with nothing but vitriolic sewage from the uneducated masses who have been told their opinions matter because they simply exist.

As a gay man who has fought against systemic homophobia, transphobia and racism, this is false.

You do not matter. I do not matter. My husband does not matter. In the greater scheme of things, no one person matters.

It’s the collective that can actually make a difference.

Unfortunately online we tend to have a collective of… what’s a nice way to say it… ***. I think the asterisks put it better than I ever could.
