As in, if you just try *once* without ever having tried before, you’re probably not going to be able to do it.

Lie on your back on your bed, with your feet above you. Then (actually slowly, stop if it hurts at all), lower your legs such that your knees can be around your ears or so. Once you can get to the point where you can touch the top of your head and rest your nees on your bed, you can add pillows to prop your head up but keep your back level with the bed. This *will* make you stretch more. The goal is to have your head high enough and still be able to get your knees level with the bed.

Don’t expect to be able to do this in a day, or even a week. You might be able to, but just stretching like this every night and holding it at a spot before it gets uncomfortable should help.

Oh, and be careful when you’re uncurling. Do that slowly too, or you’re going to have back pain.

In general, you shouldn’t fuck anything up if you listen to your body and don’t do anything that genuinely hurts.
