you are pretty dense if you think cancer is completely random. Smoking increases risk. Eating unhealthy increases the risk. Working in places with high levels of radiation or chemical exposure increases the odds as well as products people use increase the chance. A lot of factors increase the chance of cell mutation in the body, but like smoking diet is curently the reason why most people get cancer. So that being said eating meat, drinking dairy milk and generally not giving a shit about your health will increase the odds, even if you exercise a lot that doesn’t mean you will be healthy if you eat junk. Exercise actually damages the body then allows it to heal stronger, so it increase heart health, but bad diet can make exercising dangerous and increase the risk of heart attack, and so that is why people over weight should focus on diet before exercise and slowly get back in to exercise as they improve their health first. So yes what you eat and others eat increases the risks, additionally not eating or not eating enough of the right nutrients increases the odds too. So some vegans who avoid eating and get skinny or just don’t get check ups on their bodies health just like any one else can get ill, but as long as a vegan has a basic grasp of nutrients in ones diet their chance of getting ill is far less likely than a meat eaters or vegetarian or meat eater who only eats fish. This is because large animals collect pollutents in their body easily and so when people eat them they also eat all the polution that comes with them. Where as plants tend to naturally have a lot lower chance of getting a build up in dodgy chemicals. So long story short, if you get all your nutrients from plants you have a lower chance of cancer. This isn’t a debate it’s a fact.
