I honestly do not understand how people are always short on electronics. I constantly have between 200-300 of them and I have never farmed for them a single time. You find them very easily just by looking around ur general area, or skipping fast traveling and running from one place to the other.

What I am always short on, however, are ceramics. Those shits just melt away.
