“No u” is the comeback comment of all comeback comments. There are multiple reasons I don’t like it, and here are a few of them.

1) It can be used to combat anything. No matter what you say, the other person can say “no u” completely ignoring or invalidating the entire argument. I bet you’ll say “no u” to this comment as well, because that’s an easy way out. The “no u” thing is unspecific and doesn’t address the points being made.

2) It adds nothing to the conversation. If someone says “no u” they aren’t being funny most of the time, and they aren’t helping the conversation. If someone is arguing over which pizza is better, it could go like this:

“I think pepperoni is the best because all the other pizzas are gay”

“no u”

“…”

The no u comment doesn’t add anything, and doesn’t help decide which pizza is the best. Obviously the “all other pizzas are gay” argument is invalid, unless all pizzas except pepperoni are actually gay, but instead of telling person 1 that, person 2 says “no u” and doesn’t change person 1’s way of thinking, or even notify him that he’s wrong. It’s basically just an insult.
