The reason most gym goers don’t look like this is simply because they don’t train hard enough, when I go to the gym I leave with a pump so big it hurts. I go to failure on EVERY set and make sure to hit full range of motion on every single rep.

I train so hard that Every time I go to the gym people come up to ask me if I am feeling okay, simply because of how much I am pushing myself and how gassed I look.

And no, I don’t suffer from overtraining. That’s a myth made up by alphas like me in order to keep betas from getting big.

Train like me and you will get huge, trust me.

And don’t worry about diet or sleep, those barley fucking matter. Those are again myths made up by alphas in order to keep you betas small.

Kids these days so worried about sleep and diet but not about their time in the gym. Like nigga, you sleeping ten hours a day to recover what? Your muscles are fine, those 3 sets of bicep curls didn’t do shit.
