**THE** ***WORST*** **ANIMATED CGI MOVIE, OF ALL TIME!** đź“·

The Emoji Movie is FULL of garbage, and it’s full of stupid, crap, and even crappier film that you’ll never see this!

NEVER, See this movie!

It copies my favorite movies of, The Lego Movie, Toy Story, and EVEN Wreck It Ralph!

WHAT should we call it? Wreck It Emoji? Emoji Story? or anything else entirely?

The Emoji Movie, is well, the idea about a film about The Emojis? Yes, that’s an Idea, even worse, it’s LAZY, and the worst is that their are the sole purpose of the movie is to advertise smartphones and phone apps, made obvious by the blalant and shameless product placement for phone apps, such as the inclusions of music service “Spotify” and streaming service “Crackle” as well as “Facebook”, “Twitter”, “Candy Crush”, “YouTube”, “Instagram and “Just Dance Now” in the film. It’s also a very shameless cash-grab trying to leech off of the smartphone pop culture (except the writers knew nothing about smartphone pop culture).

Worst is, they cancelled Popeye movie, and we got replace with this atrocious movie, IS THIS.

And what is all about?

Emojis, ***EVERYWHERE!*** IN ALMOST EVERY SINGLE MINUTE UNTIL THE MOVIE ENDS WITH THE CREDITS! đź“·

Also, all of the emojis are completely out of icon, and goes “Noo no nooo I don’t want this movie to exist… wahh wahh wahh..!”

And a Villain named Smiler, SHE ALWAYS smiles for no matter what, and she always be all happy in tragic, tragic events, and she ALWAYS smiles, ALL seconds, minutes, hours, days, and millions of years long, and infinite smile emoji of all! It’s unbelievable!

The whole story is Very, very, Very predictable and a formulaic story that is based on over-done ideas, already seen many times in other animated movies, about a misunderstood character in search for a way to please others at first, but eventually accepts himself/herself for who he/she is. Other examples are: a very cliched and never explained plot twist consisting on Gene’s dad having the same problem as his son that feels very rushed and quickly made in order to make audiences understand why Gene has the problem; the fact that Jailbreak formerly was a princess and an “every character dances” ending.

The movie portrays the teens as phone addicts that can’t communicate with each other except by text messages, clearly depicting the problem of teenagers spending all day long glued to their phones, but instead of criticizing this problem, it encourages it.

Very bad character development for all of the Emojis, including Gene, Mr Handly, Smiler, and Jailbreak, Gene always being a bored guys that he doesn’t care about ANYTHING what’s going on in this entire movie! One of the worst examples would be Jailbreak, she is a rip-off of Wyldstyle from *The Lego Movie*, and it’s sequel *The Second Part* in 2019, personality and design-wise. She’s also a rip-off of Olivia “Sombra” Colomar from *Overwatch* because she has a skull similar to Sombra’s Calavera symbol on her beanie, both characters have purple hair and are notorious hackers, which makes Jailbreak a double rip-off.

All of the writers did a very awful job representing the characters’ roles in the movie. Smiler is depicted as the villain even though all she wanted to do was to protect the Emojis world while Gene, despite being the protagonist, was the one really responsible for all the troubles that happened in the movie, he even caused the death of many characters such as the trolls and the *Just Dance* girl and almost caused the entire phone to almost have its data deleted. Basically, the movie tries to force viewers to like the protagonist and to despise the villain without giving the usual proper characterization to them as a reason to do this.

***NOTHING is REDEEMABLE, NOTHING IS GOOD, AND IT’S ALL BAD! THAT’S IT! ALWAYS BAD AS IT WAY IT IS!*** 📷

Oh, The Emoji Movie better not have a sequel, if it does, then, WE’RE going to be super-duper mad if they do this again!

This is one of the WORST animated movies of the 2017, NOTHING is redeemable, My recommaned to see My Little Pony: The Movie on the same year in 2017, and Spider-Verse movie in 2018.

(Sigh)

Oh look, Popeye the Movie is finally is coming back, watch this older cartoon movie, NOT the Emojis.

Hope you like my review.
