Cum contains many nutrients, mineral and proteins that your body needs whilst being low in fat (this could also be seen as a really good thing if your a horny ass vegan) and this includes calcium and vitamin D which go hand and hand as vitamin D is responsible for absorbing calcium so your body can use it. Cum also has protein which your body used for both energy and making sure your body is running

The only thing cum is missing is a few vitamins and fibre so if you have a bowl of whole grain cereal with accorded fruits and veg with cum that is an extremely healthy and vitamin rich food
