Ok, so you know I workout, right? Well I started eating oatmeal because it’s apparently healthy and it tastes like cardboard. So I added milk to make it have tolerable taste, and it was, but every time I ate it like that like 2 hours after I had a strange feeling in my stomach. So I got some more, and the lady that’s a clerk at the place I bought it from said try Joghurt instead. And I did and while it tastes worse, it’s actually a lot better on my stomach. idk why I said this, I just felt like sharing it.
