I’m 6’8″ and 300 pounds with a 7 foot wingspan, +4 ape index. Top 99.99% percentile in height. I’m almost the exact dimensions of a door frame. My dad was a professional athlete, my mom was a state swimmer. Both good looking, so am I. I’m basically Hafthor Bjornsson minus 100 pounds in the chest, lats and arms, and with longer arms.

High body weight and a big wingspan makes calisthenics extremely hard for me. I could do chin ups early on, but it took me a year or two before I could do a wide grip pull up, but once I could do one, I could 12, and I that was when I was 280. Very hard to get there, but exponential growth once I did. Cardio also played a role in the development of my upper body.

I’m having the same problem with dips right now, an exercise that I neglected and the only exercise that seems to hit my chest, I’ve benched 315 for 3 reps before, but it always felt like my shoulders did the work. I have tree trunks for legs, heavy as fuck, but pure muscle, great for sprinting, jumping, and squats.

But developing my upper body in terms of my chest and lats is extremely difficult to even get my foot in the door. Imagine if a T-rex had really long skinny arms like a pterodactyl, that’s what it’s like. My back and shoulders are no problem though.

20/20 vision, blue eyes, both my parents had brown, so that was cool. Thick ass skull, neanderthal brow. huge rib cage and broad shoulders. My hairline isn’t the best, somewhat receding, but fits my skull I guess. I’d say it’s very similar to Chris Evans, and I’ve been told that I look like him, I agree. Great immune system, have recovered from a staph infection without antibiotics or medication, so that’s cool. My teeth aren’t the best, but they’re good.

Honestly, there’s not a lot of downside to my genetics if any, I’m extremely fortunate in that regard, but I’ve had an unlucky life and haven’t been able to capitalize on my genetics other than playing a college sport and it’s very political. Was raised by a single mom, she was murdered, then I raised myself. I feel like I’ve paid for it in other ways. My genetics is the only thing I ever got from my dad.

My biggest regret in terms of capitalizing on my genetics is not playing football, I had the build for it and my high-school coach begged me to play but I stuck with basketball, but you know, “my momma said.” lol. She didn’t want me playing, so I didn’t.

Edit: lean towards endomorphic in lower body and torso, so I can gain weight easily, which is good for building muscle, but is easy for me to be a little overweight as well. Ectomorphic arms and and a good metabolism keep me in check, so I don’t have too many complaints here.
