I think there’s a lot of things people don’t understand about this show. The customers who walk in know fully well there’s a chance they won’t be served, especially in the beginning of the season. They come to watch some potential drama and get Gordon Ramsey’s hand-picked quality food.

Hells Kitchen is a hell of a lot harder too. They make A TON of food on this show, way more than shown, the reason we don’t know about it is because Gordon Ramsey throws 99% of what is supposed to be served, out. This is a 5 star restaurant, and these chefs are going through very intense training to meet that standard without previously been working in any conditions like this. That’s why Hells Kitchen is an elite cooking show, not because of the “drama”, but because it’s legit a hard show to win.
